Biographical Sketch:
Functioned as the HIV/STD Testing Director for the STD Program within the Kansas Department of Health and Environment for five years. Works in close collaboration with Family Planning, Laboratory, and Epidemiology Sections within KDHE to routinely evaluate and reveiew testing program performance.
