Biographical Sketch:
Ms Hamby began her career in the area of providing direct women’s health services before shifting her focus to program planning and development in women's health. Ms. Hamby has worked extensively with DHHS agencies as well as state and local health departments; she has extensive experience with programs of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Ms. Hamby has particular skills and knowledge with development of quality assurance assessment plans.
