Biographical Sketch:
06/2007 – Present, Program Coordinator, HIV/AIDS Surveillance Division, Department of Health and Environmental Control, Columbia, SC.
Involved in updating HIV/AIDS Security and Confidentiality policies and coordinated pre-conversion activities of the HIV/AIDS Surveillance System (HARS) to eHARS (evaluation HARS).
05/2006 – Present, Consulting Practicum/Dissertation Research, HIV/AIDS Surveillance Division, Department of Health and Environmental Control, Columbia, SC.
Involved in several research projects related to testing for HIV in South Carolina. Assisted with data analyses, consulted on data collection processes, and aided in starting up a new project for routine HIV screening.
08/2004 – Present, Graduate Assistant, Department of Epidemiology & Biostatistics, University of South Carolina. Columbia, SC.
Involved in various research projects dealing with obesity and diabetes in South Carolina. Assisted with the development of grants, data collection, and statistical analyses for all projects.
