Project Officer for major tasks associated with the development of HIV prevention program evaluation guidance and the provision of evaluation and monitoring technical assistance to local/state health departments and community-based organizations; Serve as a branch representative on division workgroups working to revise counseling and testing guidelines; review relevant literature, make recommendations, and provide evaluation feedback
