Biographical Sketch:
2006-present --Research Analyst, Center for Health Training, Seattle, WA. 2006 -- Public Health Instructor, North Seattle Community College, Seattle, WA. 2005-present --Evaluation Specialist-HIV/AIDS Prevention, Public Health - Seattle & King County, Seattle, WA. 2004 -- Program Evaluation Manager, Straight Talk Foundation, Kampala, Uganda. Responsible for local health department social marketing campaigns for high- risk, men who have sex with men (MSM). Direct evaluation activities for the CDC’s Adolescent Reproductive Health, Science- Based Approaches project in Region X. Manage CDC's HIV Integration Project in Washington State. Lead trainer for community-based organizations (CBO) in innovative evaluation techniques, logic modeling, and strategic planning. Principal presenter on HIV and sexual health for specific racial/ethnic communities in Seattle/King County. Managed 2006 King County Summit on sexually transmitted infections. Developed, directed and analyzed quantitative study of youth STD and HIV risk behaviors in refugee camps in Northern Uganda.
