Manage California’s $24 million dollar program that provides state and federal funds to local health jurisdictions in California for health education and risk-reduction activities.
1995-2001 Ryan White CARE Act, Consortia Program Analyst, California State Office
of AIDS. Monitored and provided technical assistance to local health jurisdiction contractors for services provided with federal Ryan White CARE Act funds for services to HIV-positive Californians.
