2003-present -- Biostatistician, Division of Health Information, Planning and Education, Dutchess County Department of Health, Poughkeepsie, NY. 2003-2005 -- Part-time faculty, New York Medical College School of Public Health, Valhalla, NY. 1997-2003 -- Independent Consultant, Medical Database Developer and Data Analyst. 1992-1997 -- Systems Manager, Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology, Weill Medical College-New York Presbyterian Hospital, New York, NY. Currently, responsible for vital statistics surveillance and analysis, community health assessments, and development and implementation of health related databases for the Dutchess County Department of Health, including West Nile Virus surveillance, Tuberculosis Clinic, Maternal Child Home Visiting Program, Prenatal Care Assistance Program, Developmental Surveillance, Sexually Transmitted Diseases, Medical Reserve Corp. Hospital-based systems development, management and implementation for quality assurance, residency program accreditation, and JCAHCO (1992-1997). 2006 Program of the Year Award, Dutchess County Department of Health, for development and implementation of STD database. Numerous public health reports and presentations relating primarily to community health assessments and maternal child health. Author and coauthor of 4 publications and acknowledgement for analysis and editorial contribution in 19 publications and abstracts in the area of high-risk maternal/fetal medicine.
