Biographical Sketch:
Harrell W. Chesson is a health economist in the Division of STD Prevention at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. His research interests include the cost-effectiveness of STD and HIV prevention programs, alcohol/substance abuse and risky sexual behavior, and decision making under uncertainty. He is the author or coauthor of more than 30 publications primarily relating to STDs and health economics.
