Biographical Sketch:
2004-Present--City Research Scientist, NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Bureau of HIV/AIDS, New York, NY. Evaluate prevention initiatives funded by the Bureau of HIV/AIDS by conducting in-depth quantitative data analyses to determine effectiveness of programs. Presented a poster on and assisted in the preparation of a manuscript on the evaluation of the Free Condom Initiative. Provided technical assistance to community based organizations for program design, implementation and outcomes evaluation. Developed and designed customized data collection instruments and evaluation protocols for comprehensive outcomes evaluation. Developed and conducted training workshops for community based organizations.
