Biographical Sketch:
Ms. Flanigan serves as Hepatitis C Coordinator for the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) and is involved in promoting integration of viral hepatitis across all DOH programs. She has extensive experience promoting integration of viral hepatitis services in local health departments, STD clinics and HIV/AIDS programs. Ms. Flanigan serves as staff and content expert for the NYSDOH National Viral Hepatitis Education and Training Center. Ms. Flanigan has extensive experience providing presentations on viral hepatitis and its intersection with other health issues.
