Biographical Sketch:
As the previous general of manhunt, the current President of Adelson Consulting and the public Health and Internet consultant to NASTAD and NCSD I am uniquely qualified to present on this topic.
I have a vast amount of experience in the developmet of the National Guidelines for Internet-based STD and HIV Prevention. I have developed protocols and guidelines for NY State, conducted training for CA state and NY State, and am currently working with Maryland to develop an Internet-based partner services program.
I have presented at numerous local and national conferences and co-authored articles in both the American Journal of Public Health and Sexually Transmitted Diseases.
