Biographical Sketch:
Research Scientist, Bureau of STD Control, NYSDOH August 2000-present
Serve as Director of the Bureau's Health Behavior Research Unit. Design and conduct evaluation and research studies in special emphasis areas, including evaluation and monitoring of partner notification services for HIV, and individual behavioral and community interventions (including social marketing) for STD prevention. Oversee development of behavioral surveillance data system. Program oversight and staff supervision roles for the STD/HIV Prevention Training Center, a CDC-funded regional training center serving (primarily) the eastern quadrant of the U.S.

Project team roles in funded research/demonstration projects. Taught graduate courses, supervised community service requirement of field training; served as academic and masters paper advisor to M.P.H. students.
