Biographical Sketch:
John F. Beltrami, has 18 years experience working in HIV/STDs at the Georgia and Louisiana state health departments, Research Triangle Institute, CDC, Georgia State University as a Part-Time Instructor, and NASTAD as an international consultant. His areas of HIV/STD expertise include surveillance, epidemiology, research, integration, and program evaluation. He has served as an expert legal witness and consultant on HIV/STDs; authored 21 peer-reviewed, 13 non-peer-reviewed HIV/STD scientific publications, and 22 HIV/STD abstract presentations; and has given numerous presentations at the local, state, national, and international levels. He reviews manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals and is on the editorial board of Sexually Transmitted Diseases.
