Charged with implementing a Hepatitis B and A/B Vaccine Program. In July 2003, the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) partnered with the MCHD Immunization Department to implement a hepatitis immunization program at the BFC STD clinic. With intense staff education, a clinician designed protocol was implemented August 5, 2003.
Charged with implementing an SBIRT program (Screening, Brief Intervention and Referral to Treatment). Received training via funders, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the NINA Mason Pulliam Charitable Trust and through oversight provided by Drug Free Marion County. Again, with intense staff education, a clinician designed protocol was implemented in May 2003.
