Biographical Sketch:
2006 to present: Associate Director, Project and Proposal Office, RTI Health Solutions, RTI International 2004 to 2006: Senior Health Outcomes Specialist, RTI Health Solutions, RTI International 2003 to 2004: Health Outcomes Specialist, RTI Health Solutions, RTI International 2001 to 2003: Quality of Life Specialist, RTI Health Solutions, RTI International 1998 to 2001: Research Technician III, University of North Carolina, Department of Biological Psychology, Chapel Hill, NC Art Granger is the Associate Director of Proposal Development in the Project and Proposal Office at RTI-HS. Mr. Granger oversees the development of proposals across various practice areas, implements and evaluates proposal process improvements, leads new employee training programs, and supervises a team of proposal coordinators. Prior to taking on his proposal position, Mr. Granger gained valuable experience managing research projects in a number of disease areas, including sexual dysfunction, oncology, HIV/AIDS, schizophrenia, gastrointestinal disorders, pain, depression and dermatology. He has authored several detailed reports on quality of life assessments in oncology trials and has played key roles in the development of several patient-reported outcomes questionnaires. Mr. Granger has extensive experience conducting cognitive interviews and moderating focus groups with a variety of patient and physician populations and has experience managing large data collection efforts for numerous clinical sites, as well as via Web and mail surveys.
