Biographical Sketch:
Mr. Carney is the Ryan White Part B Director and HIV Services Coordinator for the State of Indiana. In this executive position, he is responsible for oversight of all statewide HIV service programs, including those funded through state and federal Ryan White dollars. These programs include HIV Care Coordination, HIV Medical Services, the Special Populations Support Program for substance abuse, and Consumer and Community Advisory Councils. Prior to that he managed Indiana’s HIV Care Coordination Program network directly.
