Biographical Sketch:
Erika Chapman serves the State of Indiana as the Adult Viral Hepatitis Prevention Coordinator with the Indiana State Department of Health Division of HIV, STD, and Viral Hepatitis. Mrs. Chapman has a Masters of Public Health from the Indiana University School of Medicine with a concentration in Behavioral Health Science and, a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College. She also holds a Certified Health Education Specialist certification and recently sat for the Certified in Public Health exam. Before beginning her career in the public sector as an HIV Prevention Specialist in 2006, Mrs. Chapman worked in the private sector around employment services and child and family development. In addition to her professional experience Mrs. Chapman served as an in country intern within the ENLACE Honduras air quality project and, with the Indiana State Department of Health TB Prevention and Control Program.
