Biographical Sketch:
2005 - present-Senior Behavioral Scientist, CDC, NCHHSTP, Division of HIV/AIDS Prevention, Atlanta, GA. Directs technical work, creates policy and strategy for the Diffusion of Effective Behavioral Interventions (DEBI) project 2000 - 2005 Behavioral Scientist, CDC, NCHHSTP, Division of HIV/AIDS Prevention, Atlanta, GA. Co-launched the Diffusion of Effective Behavioral Interventions (DEBI) project. 1994 - 2002--Consultant in international development in 10 countries of Latin America and Asia focusing on household nutrition, program evaluation and cross-border strategic planning. Author or coauthor of several publications and book chapters relating to conservation in developing countries and the use of behavioral interventions for HIV prevention. Numerous presentations at scientific meetings.
