Biographical Sketch:
Dr. Hariri is an epidemiologist in the Division of STD Prevention at the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, where she is involved in numerous projects related to STD and HIV prevention. Her main area of research is investigating the impact of HPV vaccine on the reducing the burden of HPV-associated diseases in the U.S. and internationally. She is the project officer on multi-site project to evaluate the impact of the HPV vaccine on early cervical disease and HPV genotype distribution in the United States and is a consultant to the World Health Organization (WHO) to develop guidance on monitoring HPV vaccine impact globally.
