42 years experience in the clinical laboratory performing venipunctures and other laboratory procedures. Supervisor in Hematology, Coagulation and Serology in the Veteran's Administration for 26 years. Worked part time in a reference lab performing routine HIV tests. Currently supervise staff and student phlebotomy training in a high complexity CLIA laboratory.
