Biographical Sketch:
2005 to date, RTI International, Research Triangle Park, NC.
Health Analyst. Develops, implements, and monitors study protocols and data collection. Sets up and manages field site operations and staff. Oversees recruitment and retention of study participants and outreach to community partners. Assists with manuscript and proposal development.
2003 to 2005, Duke University, Center for Health Policy, Law and Management, Durham, NC.
Project Coordinator. Coordinated research of NIH-funded Southern States Policy Project to study HIV funding and care in the Southeastern United States. Managed HRSA Special Projects of National Significance evaluation of information technology intervention to link rural HIV clinicians and case managers.
2002 to 2003, Eastern Triad HIV Consortium, Burlington, NC.
Consultant. Assisted with development of public policy agenda and legislative campaign of NC Council for Positive Living/NC AIDS Action Network, both consumer-driven HIV advocacy entities. Conducted grant research and wrote funding proposals.
Co-authored publications in peer-reviewed journals and contributed to numerous presentations at scientific conferences.
