Biographical Sketch:
Director, Project Red Talon - Directs an STD/HIV prevention project serving the 43 federally-recognized tribes in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. Project Red Talon provides STD surveillance, training, and technical support to improve the development and implementation of community-based prevention programs. She has worked at the Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board for seven years.
