• Designed and conducted a survival analysis to determine the median re-infection time for index non-viral STD cases and the risk behaviors associated with re-infection
• De-duplicated three years of STD data for the state of Tennessee using a series of six iterations for three flat files in the relational database of STD*MIS
• Created SAS code to transform STD*MIS data from event-based to patient-based
• Utilized Cox proportional hazards model analyses to determine the proportion of excess risk of invasive MRSA which could be explained by higher rates of diabetes and dialysis in Blacks
