2008 – present -- Health Education Specialist/Project Officer, CDC, Division of Adolescent and School Health, Atlanta, GA: Provide technical assistance and consultation to state and local education agencies; and national non-governmental organizations for programs related to the development and implementation of coordinated school health programs. 2001 – 2008 -- School Health Program Coordinator, Georgia Department of Human Resources, Division of Public Health, Atlanta, GA: Provided statewide technical assistance, consultation and support to local public health agencies, schools/school districts, and organizations for school health programs and services. 1999 – June 2000 - School Health Services Coordinator/City Schools of Decatur, Decatur, GA: Coordinated health services and health education for public school students (K – 12). 1998 – April 2000 - Public Health Nurse Practitioner, DeKalb Board of Health Teen Center, Atlanta, GA: Provided family planning services, physical exams, sexually transmitted diseases diagnosis and treatment to teens and general population.
