Biographical Sketch:
1. HIV Human Services Program Specialist from Sept. 2008 until now. I planned with my supervisor and initiated the Interdiction Project. I continue to work with HIV positive clients having unprotected sex and their sex partners. I won the Leadership Award for Disease control, February 2009. 2. Senior Human Services Program Analyst. March 2004 - August 2008 I was trained as a disease intervention specialist (DIS) and received CDC certification for ISTDI, HIV surveillance certification by Florida Department of Health Bureau of HIV/AIDS. I did STD and HIV counseling, testing and sex partner notification and contact investigation. I won the The 6th Annual Tommy Chandler Outstanding DIS Award, July 30, 2008. Presented by The Florida Department of Health Bureau of STD Prevention and Control. 3. Adjunct Faculty for Anatomy and Physiology at Santa Fe Community College and Human Services Program Specialist for behavior counseling and rehabilitation at North East Florida Treatment and Rehab Center.
