2006-present – Pre-doctoral Fellow, University of Washington STD/AIDS Research Training Fellowship Program (NIH T32 AI07140, PI: King K. Holmes), Seattle, WA
Ongoing management of a double-blind randomized-controlled treatment trial among men with nongonococcal urethritis and a nested case-control study of nongonococcal urethritis. Responsible for enrollment and follow-up of study participants; data collection, entry and management; supplies inventory; maintenance of regulatory files; revisions to protocol, questionnaires and other study instruments; Human Subjects Review Board submissions; correspondence with study sponsor and clinical trial monitoring agency.
2005-2006 - Research Assistant, University of Washington Center for AIDS & STD, Harborview Medical Center, Seattle, WA
Contributed to initial design of a double-blind randomized-controlled treatment trial among men with nongonococcal urethritis. Developed study protocol, questionnaires and other study instruments; programmed CASI data collection instrument.
