Biographical Sketch:
Tom is the Director, Division of STD Prevention and HIV/AIDS Surveillance at the Massachusetts Department of Health. Tom has thirteen years of experience in the field of communicable disease prevention and control. He has managed the following public health programs: sexually, transmitted diseseases, HIV/AIDS surveillance, tuberculosis, adult and childhood immunization, and bioterrorism. Tom is an active member of the National Coalition of STD Directors, and is currently a NCSD Board Member.
