Biographical Sketch:
Dr. Rudy is dedicated to the implementation and evaluation of health programs that improve access and rights to health care for diverse populations. She earned her PhD while working at the Los Angeles Gay & Lesbian Center. She currently works at the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, STD Program serving as the liaison for the Los Angeles Gay & Lesbian Center and AIDS Healthcare Foundation. Both Community-based organizations provide STD services to the gay and lesbian populations of Los Angeles County. She recently published an evaluation of methamphetamine use among gay men in Los Angeles.
