Biographical Sketch:
Rheta Barnes works in the Division of STD Prevention at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. She was a co-developed of the Partner Services implementation guide based on the 2008 Recommendations for Partner Services Programs for HIV Infection, Syphilis, Gonorrhea, and Chlamydial Infection.
