Biographical Sketch:
I have worked for the NYC DOHMH for 6 years in numerous capacities including as the Electronic Medical Record Project Manager, Surveillance Coordinator and as the Deputy Director of Informatics and Information Technology. I have focused on cycle time issues in our 9 STD clinics for the past 8 months, and have spent many hours of observation and data collection in the clinics.
