Biographical Sketch:
2005 to present – Public Health Advisor, CDC, Federal Assignee to Nashville, Tennessee. Grand Region Consultant to the West Tennessee, South Central, Mid-Cumberland and Nashville-Davidson County portion of Tennessee. 1988 to 2005 – Director of HIV/AIDS Program, Department of the Army, Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Independently designed and implemented the HIV/AIDS educational program in accordance with DA’s guidelines to provide public health services to the active duty population. Responsible for designing and implementing an epidemiological program to provide public health nursing services and disease intervention services to population groups affected by communicable diseases. Maintained a viable research/evaluation program, with Walter Reed Army Institute of Research and the Henry M. Jackson Foundation, for decreasing risk behaviors for communicable disease for the active duty component
