Biographical Sketch:
8/09-Present Director of Epidemiology and Surveillance: Erie County Department of Health, Bureau of Disease Control, Buffalo, NY. Responsible for the Epidemiology and Surveillance program including communicable and chronic disease surveillance and disease control activities. Coordinate daily activities of staff members including epidemiologists, public health nurses, clerical staff and graduate student trainees. Provide professional education to health care providers throughout the community. Conduct program evaluations and research into public health issues as required.
