Biographical Sketch:
2008 - Present
Field Operations Supervisor - Supervises and coordinates the efforts of the Disease Interventions Specialist (DIS). Oversee the disease intervention, case management, field work and interviews conducted by DIS to assure appropriate management of assigned STD and HIV cases.
2002 - 2008
Disease Intervention Specialist - Intervene in the spread of Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs). Investigate all reported, suspected, and potential cases of STDs which includes interviewing patients infected with HIV and specific STDs, analyzing case information, interacting with health care providers, conducting computer record searches, contacting clients by phone and/or in person and documenting investigation on forms required by MCHD, ISDH, and/or CDC.
