Biographical Sketch:
Mr. Wayne Crabtree has been with the Louisville Department of Public Health for past twenty years, and is currently serving as the Administrator for the Communicable Disease. Mr. Crabtree provides direct oversight to the TB, Immunization and STD programs for the Louisville Metro Health Department.
Mr. Crabtree also serves as the supervisor to the HIV Prevention group in Louisville and is responsible for coordinating their activities and monitoring their performances. Mr. Crabtree is also a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
