During my fellowship, I have maintained an interest in adolescent health and specifically in pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). I have published an article (listed above) about ED physicians' adherence to CDC treatment guidelines in treating PID, and am currently conducting research looking at novel biomarkers in adolescent girls wtih PID.
