In the role as Bureau Chief for the Bureau of HIV/STD & Viral Hepatitis Prevention, my primary function is administrating over an annual budget of 10 million dollars from federal, state and local funding agencies for community-based HIV and STD prevention services. I have played a leadership role in redefining the way in which public health and community support systems have responded to HIV/AIDS.
