Biographical Sketch:
Dr. Craig Hill received his B.S. degree in biochemistry from U.C. Berkeley and his Ph.D. in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He then went on to do three years of post-doctoral work in Cell and Molecular Biology at the Max-Planck Institute in Goettingen, Germany. Dr. Hill spent nearly 6 years at Hybritech Inc. as a Senior Scientist in diagnostic research and development and served as an R&D Project Manager in clinical diagnostic assay development. This was followed by three years as Project Manager at Nichols Institute in diagnostics development. Dr. Hill joined Gen-Probe in 1993 and has published more than 50 scientific abstracts and papers.
