Biographical Sketch:
Developed and implemented two studies (1999 - 2004) to evaluate the use of rapid HIV testing technology in multiple out-patient sites, including a county jail intake area, STD clinic, and adult emergency department. Coordinate efforts to expand access to HIV testing and increase linkage to care of those found to be infected through the use of routine rapid HIV testing in an adult emergency department with 130,000 visits/year (2007 - 2010).
