Initiated testing for Herpes Simplex Virus using real time PCR to assess asymptomatic shedding using serially collected samples.
Performed PCR testing of over 1600 samples to determine the prevalence, incidence and natural history of Mycoplasma genitalium in an adolescent population by DIG-PCR.
Adapted a commercially available PCR assay to detect Trichomonas vaginalis from clinical samples.
Prepared and presented research data orally and in abstract form at national and international conferences.
