Positive Charge HIV-Specific Disease Intervention Specialist, November 15, 2010 – Present
Duties: Ensure preliminary positive and confirmed positive patients understand their results, provide non medical referrals to facilitate entry into primary medical care, link previous positive, out of care patients and those newly diagnosed with services through Linkage to Care via field visits, phone calls and correspondence.

Duties: Develop and revise protocol for IPS using national guidelines (ongoing). Create Social Networking Site accounts and coordinate access with Information Technology.
