Supervises STD and HIV epidemiology activities of the section, providing direction, supervision and coordination for all personnel within the program. Program activities include ongoing surveillance of STDs and HIV, and special surveillance and research projects for the section. Also filling the role as the HIV/AIDS Surveillance Coordinator, this position is responsible for coordinating and providing epidemiologic presentations in support of community and professional trainings offered by the section, including but not limited to those affiliated with the HIV Prevention Planning Group and regular updates to providers (2010-present).
