Biographical Sketch:
Seventeen years of program evaluation and research in the field of HIV/AIDS. Responsible for the development and production of New York State's Community Need Index Report Series, HIV Counseling and Testing Resource Directory, HIV/AIDS Epidemiological Profile Annual Update, and the Evaluation of 2005 NYS HIV Testing Guidance. Recent peer-reveiwed publications include "Screening Persons Newly Diagnosed with HIV/AIDS for Risk of Intimate Partner Violence: Early Progress in Changing Practice" and "The Impact of Name-Based Reporting and Partner Notification on HIV Testing in New York State". Currently serve as the Director of the Office of Program Evaluation and Research, AIDS Institute, NYSDOH, and lead NYS effort to evaluate the 2010 Amendment to the NYS HIV Testing Law.
