Biographical Sketch:
Ms. Hyland has over ten years of experience in training and education, with extensive experience in facilitation, curriculum, and program development. In addition to serving as CAI’s Project Director for CDC’s Replicating Effective Programs “Focus on the Future,” Ms. Hyland has created adult and youth-based HIV curriculum for the New York University Medical Center and several other HIV and STI prevention programs. Prior to joining CAI, Michelle was the Coordinator of Curriculum Development at the Youth Advocacy Training Institute in Toronto, Canada. In this role, she oversaw the design, development, and pilot-testing of youth and adult curricula pertaining to health promotion, advocacy, and disease prevention.
