Biographical Sketch:
2009-2012 -- Infectious Disease Fellow, University of Washington, Seattle, WA Responsible for developing a research tract emphasizing public health aspects of hepatitis C (HCV) infection, including screening and surveillance. Lead investigator of three studies addressing patient acceptance of HCV screening, mathematical modeling of screening, treatment and natural history of HCV, and testing of stored specimens for HCV. First author of one magazine article and two peer-reviewed journal articles reporting results of above studies. Numerous scientific and other invited presentations on HCV screening, mathematical modeling, and acquisition among HIV+ men-who-have-sex-with-men.
