Biographical Sketch:
David Fine has spent 25+ years conducting research and evaluation projects addressing STD, family planning, child abuse/neglect, foster care, adoption and other issues primarily affecting women and children. Much of his work focuses on examining professional performance, service delivery and client outcomes within public sector agencies and community-based organizations. Dr. Fine is active in local, regional and national work groups addressing these substantive issues as well as the development of information systems to document service efficacy and efficiency.
