Biographical Sketch:
My primary areas of expertise include cost analysis and economic evaluation as well as the application of economic principles and statistics (including spatial analyses and mathematical models) to appraise public (and private) health policies and programs (and/or interventions). I also do impact analyses using various statistical methods, including time series, panel data analyses and spatial regression techniques.
