Primary focus: Herpes simplex virus (HSV-2) and Human papillomavirus (HPV) research
2004-2009, Environmental Epidemiologist, Tennessee Department of Health
Provided technical analysis and evaluation of environmental and epidemiological health data; including disease surveillance, exposure investigations, and surge capabilities around Northeast Tennessee.
2004-2009 Adjunct faculty, East Tennessee State University
Taught undergraduate Epidemiology course.
2003-2004 Community Health Council Coordinator
Provided technical assistance, analyzed information, and coordinated activities of local health councils while working to identify key community stake holders.
