Medical Director of City of Philadelphia District Health Center 1 (Sexually Transmitted Diseases Clinic) and Medical Specialist for the STD Program

· Develop medical protocols and procedures for clinic
· Perform medical review
· Provide Quality Assurance for the STD clinic
· Advise and institute policies and procedures for STD services in the 10 City Health Centers
· Advise and institute STD screenings in non-traditional settings including provision of medical direction and coordination for a school district-wide screening program for gonorrhea and chlamydia among high school students
· Serve as Principal Investigator for federally funded clinical surveillance grants (MSM prevalence monitoring, SsUN)
· Provide guidance for guide public health/disease intervention activities
· Provide orientation and direct supervision of resident rotations at PDPH STD clinic
