1999- 2006 Directly supervised child health, vector control, water and sanitation departments; initiated and executed department policies including implementation of the disaster preparedness protocols, immunization guidelines and communicable disease reporting. Coordinated department activities and services with other public and private organizations and ensured conformance with federal and local regulations. Served as island PAHO Health Disaster Coordinator and WHO program manager for the expanded program on immunization (EPI).
