Biographical Sketch:
Dr. Oster has been a medical epidemiologist with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention since she first joined the Division of HIV/AIDS Prevention as an Epidemic Intelligence Service Officer in 2007. She has authored various scientific publications regarding HIV/AIDS surveillance and epidemiology.
